The seats are gorgeous in our new theater, and Megan has been wonderful to deal with. One seat was damaged in shipping and she quickly ordered a replacement part. All communication is timely and she’s very helpful. I’ve already recommended 4Seating to friends.

Customer services was very helpful in regards to my order. I had received an email stating my order was shipped and that I could follow up in 24-48 hours with the tracking, but it has been 10 days and the website still was not updated. I had called customer service and spoke with Megan, she answered all my questions and was very informative about the delivery of my couches. Also the updated tracking information which put my mind at ease. I will update my experience/rating once we receive are couches. So far we are happy with the service we have received from 4Seating.

I purchased six Diamante Home Theater Seats a year ago. I love the seats and the support is fantastic. I had two of the power headrests stop working. When I contacted 4seating, they were very responsive, provided troubleshooting videos, and quickly provided the needed parts. Highly recommend.

We bought the endeavor sofa and 2 caliente seats in tobacco brown. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. The customer service was great from all the people we engaged with. Everyone was friendly and no one was pushy at all. Manny was great on our first visit to the showroom. He showed us many options and answered all our questions. On our follow up visit we spoke with Dario and Edward. Dario helped steer us to the seats we eventually purchased after answering our many questions and describing what our most desired features were. Edward was very patient and stayed after hours with us as we talked through and asked for various quotes with various options. The follow up from Manny and Edward after our purchase was also appreciated as they let us know about shipping expectations.

Very comfortable seat for big folks and I highly suggest the White glove service installation because these things are built like a tank. They’re very heavy. Only thing is we wish the swivel table was taller. It’s unable to swing in front of our body. Customer service is great!

After looking at local retailers and many online retailers, I was fortunate to find for seating.com. I ordered a two seat home theater. The leather is very soft and supple. The power lumbar is wonderful because it supports your back and you can sit a very long time with no backache. It is quality made furniture that will last a long time. Be sure to order the white glove delivery because it’s well worth the price. Although I had to wait a little while, it was certainly worth it, and I look forward to adding a couple more seats in the near future.

Everything about the Company is first rate. Manuel was extremely helpful and very friendly. The delivery people were 10 stars! They had to bring 8 heavy chairs up a very tight staircase. They set everything up and made sure all the chairs were operating properly. I highly recommend the company if you want to buy theater seating for your home.

I had an issue with the features listed on the advertisement on the chair, which the the reason for choosing that particular chair. I called and was greeted by a very pleasant person. I explained the problem. He asked me to pull up the ad and send to him. I did. He agreed about the issue. He said there are 2 possible solutions, before going to my manager, which one do you feel you would like. He also stated the model I had does not have that additional feature. He assured he would call back in a few minutes. Meanwhile, I plugged up the chair and tested it. He called back and offered some off each chair. I then asked, I then asked in addition to the refund can you provide lumbar pillows which would also solve my issue. He asked his manager and they agreed! Through this whole ordeal I felt he was focused on solving my issue to my satisfaction! I would recommend these chair and know that they will support you if any issues arise!

Great experience from start to finish. The De Leon RV dinette fits perfectly in our RV and matches our white leather interior beautifully—it looks like it was made for the space. Everything arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. You can tell they really care about their product. Customer service was excellent: personal communication, quick responses, and they actually followed through on everything they promised. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly takes care of its customers. Highly recommend!
