The seats are gorgeous in our new theater, and Megan has been wonderful to deal with. One seat was damaged in shipping and she quickly ordered a replacement part. All communication is timely and she’s very helpful. I’ve already recommended 4Seating to friends.

I had an issue with the features listed on the advertisement on the chair, which the the reason for choosing that particular chair. I called and was greeted by a very pleasant person. I explained the problem. He asked me to pull up the ad and send to him. I did. He agreed about the issue. He said there are 2 possible solutions, before going to my manager, which one do you feel you would like. He also stated the model I had does not have that additional feature. He assured he would call back in a few minutes. Meanwhile, I plugged up the chair and tested it. He called back and offered some off each chair. I then asked, I then asked in addition to the refund can you provide lumbar pillows which would also solve my issue. He asked his manager and they agreed! Through this whole ordeal I felt he was focused on solving my issue to my satisfaction! I would recommend these chair and know that they will support you if any issues arise!

Our experience with Shop4seat has been Fantastic from start to finish. I first dealt with Zack on ensuring the Couch and 2 Captains chairs would work for my RV and would be delivered on time for our vacation. They arrived 3 days before expected. We are Very pleased with the look and comfort of all 3 items. I had a problem installing the driver’s seat. We called the company and I spoke to Richard. He had me describe the issue and send pictures of my base compared to the seat base. Within 2 hours, their construction team emailed the solution with the pictures highlighted to make it easy to mount. We will definitely recommend Shop4Seats to everyone one we know!

Everything about the Company is first rate. Manuel was extremely helpful and very friendly. The delivery people were 10 stars! They had to bring 8 heavy chairs up a very tight staircase. They set everything up and made sure all the chairs were operating properly. I highly recommend the company if you want to buy theater seating for your home.

We bought the endeavor sofa and 2 caliente seats in tobacco brown. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. The customer service was great from all the people we engaged with. Everyone was friendly and no one was pushy at all. Manny was great on our first visit to the showroom. He showed us many options and answered all our questions. On our follow up visit we spoke with Dario and Edward. Dario helped steer us to the seats we eventually purchased after answering our many questions and describing what our most desired features were. Edward was very patient and stayed after hours with us as we talked through and asked for various quotes with various options. The follow up from Manny and Edward after our purchase was also appreciated as they let us know about shipping expectations.

The quality of these chairs is great. They are very comfortable and durable. Amazing customer service as well. We had a problem with the threading on the tray table and we called to let them know and they just said we will send you 2 more no questions asked. They followed up just to make sure everything else was ok.

I ordered two Seatcraft Kodiak CoolZero home theater seats and I'm very happy with my purchase. They arrived in perfect condition with the exception of the faceplates on the power control panel having scuff marks, which thankfully is a very minor issue. I called customer service about it and spoke to a representative named Megan who was very helpful and friendly. She had two new control panels sent so that I could replace the faceplates and also have backup control panels if I ever need to replace them. I wish dealing with customer service was always as easy and pleasant as it was with Megan. I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing home theater seating to consider ordering from 4Seating. The customer service and the seats themselves have been great.

We recently replaced our motorhome furniture with brand new replacement furniture from Shop4Seats – captains chairs, custom sized dinette, and theater seats. Unfortunately one of the theater chairs broke the first time we tried it out. I called customer service and spoke with Megan. She had a new motor assembly shipped out immediately. We installed the new assembly and the chair still had problems reclining correctly and smoothly, making clunking noises. So I called customer service again, got Megan again, and she listened to my explanation of the problem and she went to her manager and got a new replacement chair approved right then while I was still on the phone! The new furniture looks great and the customer service is excellent!!

Great experience from start to finish. The De Leon RV dinette fits perfectly in our RV and matches our white leather interior beautifully—it looks like it was made for the space. Everything arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. You can tell they really care about their product. Customer service was excellent: personal communication, quick responses, and they actually followed through on everything they promised. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly takes care of its customers. Highly recommend!

We purchased 4 leather theatre chairs from 4 Seating back in 2018. Still have the chairs. They have worn well, still look great! In 8 years the only issue we have had with the chairs is that we had one of our led back lit cup holders go out. I contacted 4 Seating and they shipped a replacement out quickly. Megan, the customer support rep who assisted me was great. Literally 4 minutes on the phone and the part was ordered. Great customer support and great chairs from 4 Sesting!
